An offset Z-profile bracket in stainless steel, used to join two surfaces that sit in different planes. The internal corners are relieved with a notch before forming, which stops the material tearing at the bend and keeps the flange flat instead of bowing away from the mating face.

Stainless is specified where the joint is exposed, in food and beverage equipment, or where the bracket must not be painted. We form it on CNC-controlled tooling so the offset dimension repeats across the batch, deburr all edges, and can supply the part with a brushed grain running in a stated direction for visible installations.
