A black electrophoretic-coated / powder-coated steel stamping in a horseshoe (semi-circular with notch) shape, featuring a large center hole and "I-beam" style reinforcing ribs on both sides. The ribs increase rigidity and prevent deformation. Commonly used as a dust cover, baffle, wheel-well liner, or rotary-shaft guard in automotive and machinery applications, with the center hole allowing a shaft to pass through.
